We accept cash, personal cheque, Visa, or Mastercard.
Pricing Policy
We are a Canadian company doing business in Canada, therefore all prices shown are in Canadian funds. Prices shown do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping costs, and are subject to change without notice. All costs including shipping will be shown on check-out before your order is completed. Feel free to shop with confidence. If you are located in Canada, you will not pay any added charges like duty, brokerage, or exchange; and you will not be forced to pay extra freight charges after-the-fact when your items arrive at the door.
International customers (from outside Canada) should expect to pay some of these additional fees. These added costs are beyond our control. As such, we can take no responsibility for them.
Cancellation Policy
We will do our best to cancel any unshipped order for stock items providing you give us notice within 24 hours of placing your order. A 10% charge will apply to all cancellations to cover bank fees and other administrative costs. Exceptions apply on orders for personalized Vintage Signs. These are considered special-order items. Once a sign has been created, the sale is considered FINAL. No refund can be offered.
Returns
At Cantique, your satisfaction is important. We will do everything within our control to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of your purchases. Any merchandise that is deemed by us to be defective will be replaced. Otherwise, all other sales are final.
Shipping Policy
We will do our best to save you money wherever we can. By request, delivery for all items with the exception of Vintage Signs can be arranged in the Prince George, Quesnel, and Williams Lake areas. This means you will not have to pay any added shipping costs. We will just drop items off to you on our next trip through town! Complete your online order as you normally would, then send us an email or call us to make arrangements. We will deduct any shipping costs from your order prior to final processing. Also keep in mind that special order items might require 2-to-3 weeks for delivery. We do get much busier at Christmas. To guarantee delivery prior to December 25th, please ensure your order is placed prior to November 10th.
Damaged Shipments
We only ship with reputable carriers. Our products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping. While our carriers have an excellent delivery track record, damage can occur. If your package arrives damaged, please follow these instructions:
Do not sign for any order until you have had a good opportunity to carefully inspect the package and contents to ensure they are in good condition. Bring any damage noted to the immediate attention of the delivery person. Make sure any details regarding damage are noted in writing on all copies of the bill-of-lading. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the shipping company involved. Any necessary claims must be completed according to their instructions. If you require assistance with a claim, we will do what we can to help you providing you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot provide any assistance or assume any responsibility for damage that is reported after the fact.
